SHIPPING
Order processing time for all items on our website is 7-14 days if they are in stock, but most of our items can take up to 4 weeks due to the nature of our products such as gold and diamonds. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update with USPS. At this point your package can be tracked via USPS.com using their twenty six digit tracking number.
Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions and holidays.
PRODUCT CARE
Beauty products such as perfume, hairspray, and deodorant may damage jewelry due to chemicals in these products. Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores, and using abrasive cleaners.
REFUNDS
We are confident you will love your Diamond Fine Jewelry but if not, please let us know and we will happily refund you. All non-defective and unworn merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible to pay all costs to insure and safely return the items back for a full refund, using a shipping carrier of choice. Please keep in mind all diamond rings are final sale and cannot be returned. We custom make the ring size you choose.

Your package must be insured and prepaid.
REPAIRS
For repair inquiries on items purchased directly from My Diamond Girl (mydiamondgirl.com), please email my-diamond-girl@hotmail.com. Please include your name, order number, description of the repair required, and photo of the damage.
If we are able to repair your piece, we will send you next steps and shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. We are not responsible for repairs made by any third party jewelers. We are unable to repair items that have been previously altered or repaired by any third party jewelers.
